How does the trial work?
Every family gets a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, only the admin pays to keep the care group active. There's no permanent free tier and no credit-card trap.
Why do caregivers not pay?
Only one person per family — the admin — pays. Everyone they invite to help (a co-parent, nanny, nurse, or aide) is free, forever. It keeps care coordinated without charging the whole team.
What if I'm offline?
You can still log a dose. It syncs to every caregiver the moment you reconnect — with no double-logging, even if two people logged while offline.
How do roles work?
The admin sets up the care group, the people being cared for, and their medications. Invited caregivers can view the dashboard and log doses, but cannot delete or change records.
How do I invite someone?
Share a single invite link from inside the app (via text, email, or the share sheet). Whoever opens it joins your care group for free.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings. To delete your account and data, see Delete your account.
