Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Dosari and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and the care data you own. If you're the admin of a care group, deleting your account removes that group and its dose history for everyone in it.
Option 2 — Delete by request
If you can't access the app, email support@dosari.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted: your account, profile, the people and medications you set up, and your dose history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Timing
Your data is removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups within a reasonable period. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings to stop future charges.
